Elder | "As an Elder here at Lakes Region Vineyard my main ministry is to direct the efforts of our Food Pantry team in meeting some basic needs of individuals and families in Laconia and surrounding communities. It has placed me in a position of caring, if only in a small way, to “the least of these.” We’re open six hours a week, have a dedicated staff of volunteers, serve a free lunch on Thursday and dispense food and personal items to over 100 households each month. Our team has worked hard to develop sensitivity to our clients’ needs beyond the food we give them. We often have opportunities to pray with them, counsel as we feel the Spirit’s leading – sometimes a hug or reminder that God loves them. My other joy is to present the Word either through the Sunday morning service or in Bible study courses. My wife Conni and I have facilitated several marriage courses, led the Alpha course for two years, and lead a Thursday daytime house group. We love teaching the Word, for it truly is 'a lamp unto my feet, and a light to my path.'"

I am privileged and honored to work with a group of worshipers who's desire is to seek God and to lead His people in the praises of HIS song. Youth Pastor | "Youth Ministry is amazing! What a blessing to be a part of so many young peoples lives. To be able to disciple them and see their lives changed when God touches them is like nothing else. To see them choose God over dating, to forgive people who have hurt them and move on. It was life changing going through the 'media fast' with the kids that were involved. Gretchen & I feel that the Lord has given us a vision for unity that we began to see take fruition. From youth rallies with multiple churches participating, to monthly prayer and worship focused on seeing God move in the youth of New England that has grown from 6 people to 30, to multiple outreaches, worship ministry and much more. Working with the youth is a tremendous ministry & outreach!! Gretchen & I are absolutely blessed to be a part of ministering with youth."

Children's Sunday School | I am continually amazed at the openness and trust the children in our Sunday School have placed in me. We have enjoyed frank discussions that have made me reach into my own understanding and knowledge of the Bible, and I have seen the children grow in their own desire to read the Bible, and to know God in a personal in-depth relationship. It has been wonderful to see children join our classes at a young age and outgrow them, too! We teach foundational Bible truths and values, and the children practice reciting Bible verses and applying them to their lives. I am at once challenged and blessed to be a part of this young-people’s ministry at Lakes Region Vineyard Church.

Nursery | "I love the little ones! My passion is to see these children grow up to be all that God has called them to be. At such a young age, I see the importance of what it means to be a godly role model to them. My desire is to create an atmosphere where the kids can be themselves, and to provide a safe environment where their parents feel that their children are in great care! We provide Bible-based videos, child-safe toys and other fun activities (there's nothing like having a picnic or swimming on the carpet!!)" -|- 'Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.' - Luke 18:16 -
